Eric charger question
I was told I should unplug my eric charger every 30 days from AC plug to reset the internal computer? Is there anything to this? News to me

Re: Eric charger question
Sergio;
There must be more than one model of the Eric as I maintain a fleet of 2015 Precidents and our chargers are definately not auto maintenance capable. Once they charge the batteries full they shut off, the only way to make it charge again is to unplug and replug. That is what my manuals say and what CC has told me. HarryT |

Re: Eric charger question
It is possible there are different firmware versions of the ERIC charger, but that text I quoted is straight out of the 2015 Precedent manual.
Are you guys saying you have waited more than 31 days after a charger cycle finished and it never started another one? |

Re: Eric charger question
That would be normal behaviour if You want to force a charge cycle, the "storage mode" only forces a charge every 30 days ( since that is all is needed for storage) or sooner only if the charger determines it is necessary.
