Default Club Car Precedent stuttering and won't move?

I am at a loss... and looking for some help....

Batteries are 2.5 years
Alltrax xct48500
400A solonoid
2ga Upgraded wiring
New smart charger, bypassing OBC
6" lift with 22" tires
Stock motor

Cart was working great for the past 10 months.... this weekend when I attempted to use it, the golf cart would just stutter and barely move.

The alltrax xct 48500 is showing a low voltage error and then a stuck solenoid error and saw motors field failure show up.

I measuring the battery back voltage at 52.7v across 12x4 batteries. I even checked voltage and it would drop minimally when I hit the accelerator.

The throttle mcor is new and throttle response in the alltrax program shows no issue.

Is it possible the solenoid went bad? I measured the voltage across the solenoid and it shows approx 15v when I hit full throttle.

Replace the Solenoid.

You should get 0v across the Solenoid big posts once the Solenoid closes.

Get the new Solenoid from a site sponsor as You also going to need a "Regen Diode" across the big posts.

Ok.... replaced the solonoid.... and the issue still persists.

Is there a way to test the controller?

Measure the voltage across the small terminals. See if you got 48v

Across the small terminals I get 0v with pedal depressed or not.

Remove the blue/white wire from the solenoid and make a jumper from the small terminal to battery negative. See if the solenoid pulls in. Be careful because the cart might start to run. If it pulls in you have a bad controller hopefully it's less than 2 years old.

I guess I should have said that you are missing the Low/0v coming out of the controller to energize the solenoid. One question for you. Do you have a diode across the solenoid?

I do not have a diode as the alltrax xct 48500 (less than 1 years old) has it built in.

I will try removing the blue and white wire and jumper that same small terminal to the battery neg to see if the solonoid engages next.

Where exactly did you measure those 15v in your first post?

Did you disconnect the OBC 6-pin and jumped the wires on the harness or is the OBC still connected?

Did you get the Regen diode (not related to this issue)?

I do not have a regen diode. Unless it is part of the alltrax controller.

15v was measured across the two large posts on the solonoid.

OBC was still connected.
