Default Club car not holding charge

I bought a 2010 club car a year ago. It’s been running fine until a few months ago. I put a volt meter on the batteries and 2 of them seemed low so i replaced them. The cart ran well for a month. A few weeks ago the cart wouldn’t run for long and now it won’t run more than a few minutes. I put an old voltage meter on the batteries and it shows that all the batteries are good but the new ones. Any suggestions?

1- What is your pack voltage 12 hours after a full charge? (should be 50.9 or higher)

2- What is each individual battery's voltage indicating when checked? (could have a bad cell)

3- How old and what type batteries do you have now?

4- Are you charging after every use?

5- What is your pack voltage while in operation and what is it when it start to decline? (You can hook a hand held DVM to it while riding it)

Rule of thumb...never replace batteries in a pack unless they are used and about the same age. Best way is replace all batteries and I have found that is a perfect time to replace all the battery cables that inter-connect all the batteries at the same time. Corrosion can be tricky and can get inside cables where you can’t see it unless you cut them open...plus corrosion comes in different colors...yellow, green and black and unless you cleaned every connection including the new batteries you didn’t cover your bases.😎
