I have a 1205M-5603. Unsure if it's a Curits controller or not. It works
well, but does not deliver the power I need for 500 AMP.

Currently installed in my 98 Series, but i'm upgrading to an AllTrax.

I can program it before I ship it to you for the correct parameters and throttle type.

I checked and it looks like the Curtis 1204-015 is no longer made
There are companies that will "rebuild" your existing controller, but some
members have not had good luck with that.

The 1204-0xx series controllers are built by Curtis and are rated at 24V-36V, 275 Amps, and 0-5K ohms throttle input. I would look into a modern replacement that supports the same parameters.

ScottyB from Carts Unlimited can help you with that one. I just order a Controller
from him and have been very happy with the level of support.

If you're set on Curtis there are replacement options available but, it will likely
be a newer model.

Wedge,

Put up an "ISO" in the Parts section.. I think you will get a pretty quick response there !!!

Good Luck !

Check with David at Revolution Golf Carts, a site sponsor. He sometimes has used ones laying around from upgrades he has done.
