Default Adding Headlight / Low Current 14 Precedent

Greetings to all and thanks in advance!

I have read a fair amount on here and have been unable to find an answer to this but I'm sure I am not the only one needing to know this.
Will the 12 Volt Source On a 2014 Precedent that exists in the center Pin (Red Wire) support the 1 to 1.5 amp Load needed for an LED Headlight or must I install the additional bucket harness?

If we install new tail lights to the existing wiring in the unit, what is the simplest way to turn them on?

Purchased basic LED light kit from an E-bay vendor but Happy to support the Helpful vendors here.

Heading to Lake today with new machine and hoping to have lights if possible.

Thanks for having me

I’m guessing it has a factory reducer if you found a 12v source. It should be plenty for a couple of led lights. I’m not sure exactly what you’re getting at about the taillights, do you mean running lights or brake lights?

I'm unfamiliar with where the 12v is coming from. However, I don't see why you could not splice into the wiring for the headlights to run tail lights. Would run off one switch.

Thanks for the input guys!

Concerning the tail light - If I understand correctly, the tail lights will plug into an existing factory harness in the machine but I was wondering what activates them. Brake Pedal as brake lights or light switch as running lights etc.. We are not looking for street legal type functionality at all just a "semi safe" vehicle to run around on at the lake.

We did not try connecting anything yet due to time constraints and uncertainty about the voltage source so we left it at its new home waiting for its owner to get a little more educated on these things.

I found the wiring diagram on here and will be studying it in the near future.
