05 club cart battery light issue
Bought a 05 club cart series, 2 batteries had a hole were the post was( one was # 1 and other was where the main negative cable was) so
I replaced batteries today. Cleaned all the battery post and cables. Replaced the two cables along with those 2 batteries. checked and double check to make sure I wired right. Then I charge it and it kicks on charges for about 3 mins kicks off and the battery light shows up on the dash then goes off . Charger kicks on and goes right off does that a couple times till I unplug. I don't want anything to get fried. Turned on tow switch.Checked fuses tried to check Volts but I know It has not got a charge.Thank you for any help! |

Re: 05 club cart battery light issue help
Have you done a check on all the batteries? Chances are with the damage you described to those two batteries, the others are gone too. You'll find plenty of resources here on BGW for how to check batteries. |

Re: 05 club cart battery light issue help
You have 2 fuses I want to make sure you checked:
- one right behind the receptacle - one inside the yellow bullet on the grey sense wire coming of the bottom of your receptacle. |

Re: 05 club cart battery light issue help
Make sure You did not make alterations to the OBC or pack negative cable that goes through the OBC.

Re: 05 club cart battery light issue help
Okay so new problem I've been hunting battires all day. Got home hooked up and now it will not charge or turn on no reverse sounds or anything so I checked both fuses and both are still good checked volt meter and noting. So I plugged it up to a slow car charger each battery and one I bought yesterday is completely dead do u think this is the issue or did I just really screw up trying to change all the battires to begin with
