22s are still oversized tires. Plum Quick does not recommend using the Bandit Excel motor on anything on tires larger than stock.

I was looking at the batteries today and noticed a black box located on the front of battery compartment beside the forward and reverse switch it looks to be about 4" wide 6 or 7" long it looks reminds me of a small amp for a radio, is this another controller or something

https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...roller-600-amp But that is for a Series cart since you wanted a 600 amp controller.

For an Sepex cart like in your title, it would be this one https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...roller-500-amp as that is the biggest for that model cart from Alltrax

Controller for sure. The bigger motor isn't going to perform correctly if you try to run it with the factory controller. The factory motor however, would perform fine with the new controller. Be aware that a solenoid upgrade (with diode) and a heavy duty cable set needs to be done with the controller upgrade as well.
