Default Loss of speed and torque

So I got my cart 2008.5 precedent running on Tuesday night and it was running great. It would pull the front wheels off the ground or spin the tires in the driveway, and would top out at 30 but get there very quick. Now it is barely moving, each day seems to get slower and slower. It has a brand new alltrax xct500, big solenoid, 58v lithium pack and all new 2g cables. The pack is at 54.4 volts so the battery is not the issue. Anybody got any ideas as to what could cause this?

Make sure the throttle is going to 100% indicated by controller orange/yellow LED.
Connect to the laptop with the toolkit software and collect a monitor file you can post here.

ok so went to get the monitor report and the alltrax is flashing 1 green and then 2 red, looked it up and apparently that means the battery is under voltage. It is 54.4 volts according to the battery meter and the alltrax. I also tried to charge the pack and see if the bms might sort out any unbalanced cells. Unfortunately the charger won't charge it as it reads it is already charged. Any ideas on what I can look at?

Ok I got it figured out. The under voltage setting in the alltrax was set to 54v. Now I just need to figure out what I should set it to.
