Default My New Ride!

I recently got into the world of carting and bought my first ride. It's a 2004 CC IQ, set on level 3. I've only had it for a month or so, but I immediately starting adding mods to get it they way I wanted it. I think I'm done for the time being, so I thought I would unveil it to you gents.

I added a six inch lift, rear seat, 23x10.5x12 Carlisle All Trails on 12" ITP alloys, Diamond plate rocker panels, and I replaced the factory name badge with a diamond plate badge. Baja style halogen front headlights, LED tail lights, a 48v to 12v Voltage reducer, a 12v power receptacle in the dash, rearview mirror, tinted windshield and retractable seatbelts.

Future mods will include battery replacement, re-program to level 4, and possibly a cd player & speakers.

What do you think?

PS - I want to name it. Help me! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Nice job, looks clean!

Name for it? You're setting yourself up with that question... just wait to see what these guys come up with.

How did you anchor your seatbelts?

Ha! I probably did set myself up. So......here's the disclaimer....please make your suggestions something that my two little boys can also use to call the cart!

Seatbelts - I wanted a clean look, and wasnt really interested in the long seat belt bracket that you can attach to the seat back. What I did was I got 1/8" steel plate and cut it into 6x6 squares (to use as an anchor from underneath). I placed my seatbelt bracket and marked the hole, then drilled the body. I then put the plate underneath the body and marked the hole on the plate, through the hole I'd just drilled. I drilled the plate, replaced it, and attached it with a 2" washer, then a lock washer from the underside. It wouldnt hold up in an automobile crash, but it's pretty stout on the GC.

I'm still looking for the customer willing to spend enough to put these horns on

www.hornblasters.com

Just doesn't seem to be popular on the golf courses... oh well.
