Default Cart runs for minute.

Cart went into pond. Replaced controller and it worked fine for about a month. Now it works for about a minute then won't go. I hear a click when I depress the gas pedal but cart does not move. Have checked batteries and they have good voltage. Don't know what to do next. Any help is appreciated.

Paul Harvey ... now for "The Rest Of The Story":

I thought that knowing the background on this cart might help others to troubleshoot this problem.

I'm thinking that since the Cart in Pond event happened 4 or 5 months ago, that some other part slowly degraded over time due to being submerged in water.

2012 Club Car Precent 48V 6 batteries. I have replaced the MCOR and Speed Sensor with no change in results. Any more suggestions? As I said, I am out of things to try. I did not take the motor apart as that may be beyond my ability level.

Is the "click" sound coming from the pedal (MCOR) or is it the Solenoid?

Does the reverse buzzer still work when cart does not run?

Does the Motor offer resistance against pushing the cart when the cart is not running?

What do You do to get it working again?

Sounds like the sound is coming from the pedal. Buzzer does work and there is resistance and beeping when pushing. After it sets for 1/2 hour it will run again for 20 ft or so.

I assume this is an Excel cart with the "Grey" Curtis Controller and OBC right?

Since the Controller and MCOR were already changed and according to the buzzer and push test the OBC is working, either the Solenoid is failing to close or You have an issue with the throttle Resistors the Excel cart has inside the harness.

Unplug the Two-Pin connector from the MCOR. It has a blue wire and a green wire. Jump out the connector with a piece of wire or a paperclip and see if the vehicle will operate with the jumper in place. If so, replace the MCOR. Do not leave the jumper permanently in place. This is just a test procedure.
