Default Light Kit and Reducer sanity check

Ref: Stock 2016 Club Car Precedent (48V six 8V) ERIC charger

I would appreciate a review of the wiring before I start to run wire and make connections. I put together a crude schematic and point to point termination list. See Attachment. I'm mounting the reducer under to front cowl. I reviewed a lot of posts and some a little confusing for my novice EL skills. Thanks

You also need to connect your "-Acc Term Blk" to the Controller B-.

Basically all negatives need to be connected together.

You can use a 14ga wire to connect the "-Acc Term Blk" to the Yellow Bullet connector (together with the bucket harness negative).

Okay
I run 2 additional 14 gauge wires with the bucket harness from the battery compartment to the dash area
1) Battery +48V to reducer +48V input
2) Controller B- to - Neg Acc terminal Block

Thanks for the review

Run the reducer main 48v negative to B-. Then the output 12v - and Postive to fuse bus/block. Then accessories ran ground and positive to said bus bar or fuse box with negative/ground too. This way the voltage used is tracked but the OBC AND CHARGE PROPERLY.

Just throwing this out there if someone comes across this thread. If you have a 2008.5 and newer and need to put in the bucket harness, it's easiest to just use the Red Hawk plug and play 48v to 12v converter. I know ScottyB sell sit on his site and it made it simple for me.. Easy to mount to as it uses the factory mounting holes on the bracket behind the front suspension.

Nothing wrong with others it's just a suggestion. The Red Hawk one does have extra power leads and is switched at the key with the rest of the harness. I have one in the style above I may put in the battery compartment later for power to items at the rear to save running a bunch of wires front to rear.
