Default Madjax 30A Converter help

I have a Madjax 30A DC Converter (MJ1230C). It has been working good since I purchased it a year ago, however this last weekend it stopped. Using a Fluke meter I checked all the wires and there is no power coming from the Red wire (12v switched output +) . Any ideas if its fixable or do I need to purchase a different one or kind?

Show 48V on Yellow, on green and 12V on blue. I would just use the blue for my lights and chargers, but it would be constant on.

If there's power going in, but nothing coming out, there's really not much you can do except replace it.

That's a low amp circuit. It's designed to be used for radio memory. Don't use it for lights.

You have voltage on input wires, check to see if it actually drawing any amps.

Are there any inline fuses that are blown on the red wire? What is your voltage on the green wire?
