Default Alltrax XCT500 Issues

So I consider myself pretty mechanical and good with wiring but I'm obviously missing something here. I recently installed the XCT500 on my 09 Precedent as well as a 400 amp solenoid. The cart stutters something terribly in both forward and reverse, not to mention when I put the cart in forward it stutters backwards and when I put it in reverse it stutters forward. Alltrax error code is reading low battery voltage. Checking them independently they are all 8.5 volts or above, alltrax toolkit shows 51.9 volts, after the install they are making a audible venting noise which I never noticed before the controller install. OBC is still being used on the cart, the two black wires out of the OBC I simply soldered onto the 2 gauge wire coming from the negative side of the battery which does run through a post in the OBC. All controller connections are correct, I've triple checked. I'm wondering if I did something incorrectly on the solenoid, all wires are going to the large posts I am not using the small posts for anything which is the way I understood the instructions. I've attached some photos, any help is appreciated. Thanks

The small posts are the solenoid coil, look at the diagram again and connect the small wires that belong on the solenoid coil on the proper place.

You should also have a large "Regen" diode on the big posts.

There is a diode that was included with the 400 amp solenoid on the large posts, instructions said small + wires to red side of diode and - to black side, that could be where I made my error as I didn’t revive a diode for the smaller posts so I put them on the larger posts.

The light blue and blue with white stripe need to go on small solenoid posts

Starting last year the Alltrax XCT controllers incorporated its own prevention methods from back EMF from occurring and is why the diode is no longer needed. But those small posts you are being referred to are required as the activation side to close in the solenoid....

You need to swap the F1 and F2 wires, either at the Motor or the Controller.

Make sure You put the cart in Tow and disconnect the batteries before doing that.

Fellow 09 precedent owner!

I just got my hands on an Alltrax500 and 400A solenoid and want to start this controller swap. I feel like I am missing a lot of things to complete this project. can you tell me what my list of parts should be minus what I have already mentioned?

Any tips/ tricks?

anything you would do different? could I see more pictures if you have any or are willing to take more?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
