2013 Precedent Value Assistance

New to this forum, I am on the brink of purchasing a 2013 CC Precedent and would like some assistance with the purchase price of this unit. It is a 2013 Club Car 48 Volt, Trojan batteries. Batteries 1 1/2 years with receipt and service records, custom enclosure, custom wheels and tires and owner states it is in excellent condition. Will be driving 4 hours to pick it up and want to make sure it is worth the price. Was asking 4000, i have talked him down to 3500

Around here that would be considered a pretty good deal. Has lights and what appears to be custom seats too...

$3500 is a fair price when it has a pedigree trail to follow it.

I can get a 2013 stock for 2200. Add 250 for custom seats. Add about 400-450 for the wheels. Add about 150 for the lights. The enclosure is a worthless add on. Frankly, I wouldn’t pay much more than about 3200. And that’s if it is in perfect mechanical condition. Area of the country matters too. Just my honest evaluation.
