Default Lights and horn not working

Need some help! 2003 club car ds iq
I just installed 600amp torqe controller, 400amp solenoid & 2g wires, now my stock head lights, tail lights and horn don't work. The relay up front clicks when i hit the horn. The fuses are good, can it be the relay? I've gone over all the wires, found nothing. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

CampBuggy, I am not an expert on relays. However I have had relays go bad on Harleys that would click and be bad. Hope this helps, I'm sure others will chime in.

Edit: Harley motorcycles.

When you replaced the battery wires did you reconnect the small wire on battery #4. It supplies the +16v for the light circuit. Either that or you forgot one of the B- connections on the controller. There is a bullet connector that is easy to overlook.

Make sure your source voltage (input) to the light harness is hooked up, both positive and negative. Then check the fuse for the light harness. Then report back.
