Default 48 volt club car

i just purchased a used club car. its not working installed new batteries but still not working. Looks like someone has played with wires, the serial number is FQ0352-355511 the body looks to be the first model with 2 back rest how ever the controller and variable potentiometer appears to be 2002 and up. If anyone that really knows these carts I'm willing to pay a 100 dollar tech fee if they can P.M. me a number I can call and go over a few checks to determine whats wrong.

You have a 2003 ďvillager,Ē which is basically a DS with 4 seats I believe. IQ drive system.

That is an '03 Villager Cart. It is (was) an IQ, too

What is wrong, what have you tried?

The first thing I would ask is where are your main pack positive and negative wires going? Is your positive wire from the charger receptacle connected to the same post as the main positive? Is the run tow switch on? Iíd like to see some pictures if possible.

The OBC (on board computer) controls the charger and some other important drive functions. Does the charger come on when you plug it in?

The main red from battery goes to a large solenoid or relay
