You can tell this is a PD 3 by the top and side set of rectifier/diodes. (Looking for some more with greater details)

Make sure You get the correct PowerDrive 3 model from your charger.
The one NoleFan4Ever posted is the model 26580 and even though the diagram shows part #4 for both bridges, they are different from each other (direction of the internal diodes) and need to be replaced in the same order. There is also a PowerDrive 3 model 26560 that has a single bridge rectifier (square part with 4 terminals). If You have the older 26560, RevolutionGolfCars.com sells the conversion to the 2 rectifier setup. |
