Default No power to controller or switch

I have a 2013 electric precedent that flooded with salt water in october. I have replaced the motor, controller solenoid,obc,on/off switch,run/tow switch and replaced fuses and some wires that coroded. Now i cant seem to get power to the controller it has power to one side of the solenoid. Theres no reverse buzzer and the charger wont kick on. It has 49 volts. If i bypass obc the charger kicks on for a few seconds and cuts off. Where should i be looking for a problem i double checked all wiring it seems good. Any help would be appreciated

First replace the OBC. Preferably with a DPI or other smart charger. Then re-ask the question. Work one problem at a time.

On the solenoid side where the big cable connects from the battery is there also a smaller gauge wire connected to the same post. That's the main power feed to the cart. Sorry I missed the part about replacing the OBC.

Yes there is another wire to the battery side of the solenoid its hooked up. I know its got fire to the one side of the solenoid alsobut no fire to the controller.

Which pins in the Controller are You measuring and not getting any power?

Also, how did you bypass the OBC for testing?

I plugged the hanheld scanner into it and it wont power it up so theres no power. I took the black wire from charger recepticle unhooked from obc and grounded to #6 battery ground. Just to see if it would charge that way. The charger will click on but only for a few seconds.

As far as charging, if all You did is move the negative wire, the OBC is still in control of the charging and it will stop since it now does not sense current passing through the Hall-effect sensor.

You will also need to connect the gray "sense" wire from the receptacle to pack negative (battery #6 negative) and manually unplug the charger once it gets to 60v.

Remember to connect the DC cord to the cart first and disconnect from the cart last to avoid sparks near the charging batteries.

Unless you plugged the programmer directly to the controller 4 pin connector, you could have a wiring issue to the connector on the dash.

You may have a problem with one of the "sonic-welds" where multiple wires are joined together, do a few voltage tests to determine which may have failed:
Controller pin #9 (gray wire) should have +48v when Tow/Run is on Run.

Controller pin #10 (tan wire) should have +48v when key switch is ON.

Controller pin #6 (green wire) should have +48v when pedal is pressed.

Connecting the grey and black wire to the #6 negative worked i got the cart charged i checked all the pins as stated and only have 1 or 2 volts showing could it be a bad ground. Im tracing all the wires now trying to figure out where the power stops

Start at the Tow/Run switch and follow the pink wire back into the harness.

It will go to a Sonic-Weld that splits the power from the Solenoid big post 16 ga pink wire.

Use the diagram below for reference as it should be the same for your 2013 Precedent Excel:
