Default Voltage reducer to run winch

I have 2010 Club car with the 6 x 8 set up and not sure what type of voltage reducer I need. I will need it to operate usb plug during the summer and during the winter months operate a winch and LED light bar.
Way too many brands, styles and numbers out there, any help would be great.
There anyway I could add a regular 12 v battery when I need my winch to run the snow plow and at night just have a trickle charge on it, that way I am not using my cart batteries to run the winch?

A 12v reducer will not handle the winch draw. Use a separate 12v battery

That will work great to use a seperate battery, but how about to run LED bar and usb port? What kind of reducer do I need for that, seen $15 and $100 units.....

Just follow the link in Scotty's signature above and get one of his reducers. He only carries quality stuff at the best prices and stands behind it. He's also a site sponsor!
