Default 2012 DS 48v go no go

Got a 2012 DS 48v that is intermittent on going and not going. sometimes it will go and then just die. you can let it sit for a few minutes and repeat same thing. Also may go for 10 min before it does it. Not sure what it could be?

has a speedometer and looks like its set to cut off at 27 mph, sometimes you can be on a jack and wide open and it just quits

Will add video and pics soon

Check all of your battery connections. How old are those batteries?

And I would check the voltage of each battery.

Got 50.1 volts across pack. I will check under a load and also date codes on batt.

And also with what MC stated, your MCOR MS could be dropping out. Unplug the two pin connector from the MCOR (under the floor and connected to a linkage from the pedal) and jump out the connector with a paper clip or a small piece of wire. It will be a blue wire and green wire connector. If it runs with the jumper in place, your MCOR has failed.

If that doesn't do it, we can check the solenoid next or if MC has another idea we can check more things along the way....

Looks like the MCOR is bad....pulled plug and used a paperclip and wham runs like a new one. Also it coasted to a stop when you let off accelerator. Before it was like you locked the brakes it stopped so quick. Thanks for the help guys. As always this site is GREAT!
