Default 2010 Club Cart no running

Ok purchased cart Saturday, drive around with it for two three days and let it sit for two days no driving. Got my reducer in today so flipped my toe switch and hooked up the negative and positive wires on the harness also hooked up the key wire so it works on the switch. That’s it, didn’t connect the harness to the reducer because I didn’t have my USB port to hook up. Put everything f back tiger and through the charger on it. 3 hours later I went to drive it so flipped the tow switch and turned key on flipped reverse buzzer works but didn’t move. Flipped to forward and nothing. Back to reverse and buzzer sounds but. I movement. I also took tires off to paint rims black but that should t have effectived nothing??
What did I not do? Do I need tounhook the positive when I unhooked the negative?

I haven't had a chance to mess with it yet today, but the only thing I can think of is that when I put the wire to the key switch, would that mess something up? , but then again, the harness isn't connected to the reducer yet, I just wired everything in so all I need to do was plug in the harness......Would having the wires hooked up to the neg and pos battery pack do anything?

This isn't very clear what you did. Did you hook power to the reducer if so it should have come from the batteries. Undo everything you've done and see if it runs. There is a 15 amp fuse in there. Hopefully you just blew the fuse. Start troubleshooting by checking to see if you have 48v at the keyswitch.
