Question Wires removed... Not important, are they?

Just want to double check that the wires I am removing aren't supposed to go somewhere or do some function I'm not aware of. Getting ready to put the body back together and don't want to have to work on these wires any more.

New Alltrax Axe 500amp controller and PB-6 installed on my 1998 48v series CC. The wires I don't have hooked up are:
  • purple and red/white going to B- on controller
  • yellow on terminal #3 from original controller
  • green on terminal #2 from old controller

Here's my wiring diagram below. I followed them in the diagram to limit switches in the F/N/R switch and old v-glide. Cart ran both forward and reverse on jack stands the other day. Seems like I don't need them but I've been wrong before!! Can't wait to start putting all the pieces of the puzzle back together!
