rebuilding 1998 Club Car DS
I just purchased this cart and had a steering problem, that's fixed now and the cart is running fine. After camping season I plan to strip the cart down and using Eagle one cleaner, polish up the frame, install a lift kit, sand and paint the body. Is there a "Free download" of a service manual? Also, what would be a good way to start this? In other words, how can i mark or reference to where all the components go back to their location. I plan on stripping the cart down to bare frame and rebuild, clean, paint, etc.
thanks for any input or thoughts First cart and i would like to do it right. I will post pictures of the before, during and finished product. You will not believe the cart i bought for $100.00 Jim |

I'll give ya $150
To my knowledge there are no downloads you have to purchase the manual, either thru a dealer or other supplier. |
