Re: 2007 Club Car Precedent won’t go
You can bypass the OBC to test the charger by running a jumper from the back side of the charge receptacle (where the black 10g wire is that goes into the harness) and run it directly to the Main Pack Negative. Also take the grey sense wire coming off the same receptacle and land it to the same place. This will allow the charger to turn on "if" the OBC has failed. Note- This is only for testing and not to make normal operation as the charger will not turn off this way or have the charge algorithm.
If the charger still does not work, read over this http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...eshooting.html for troubleshooting tips. |

Re: 2007 Club Car Precedent won’t go
I am sorry, I do not completely understand what you are asking me, but if you follow the steps above as described, you will know for sure if the OBC is bad or not as when you plug the cord back in, the charger will start and verify the OBC is faulty, or it will not start and tell you there is another problem with the charger.

Re: 2007 Club Car Precedent won’t go
Ok I went to the charging system troubleshooting, done what it said with the charger, unplugged wires inserted them in my volt meter, plugged into cart, 43.2 volts. So does this mean my obc is working and I need a relay for charger? I think my batteries may be shot also

The charger clicks after a few seconds, jumps about halfway then back down to the left and stays there
