Default Assistance identifying cart for upgrades

Hi all. I’ve had a Club Car Precedent for over a year now and I am wanting to upgrade the motor and speed controller. I have read through the sticky posts and believe I have a regen cart, but not sure what type. My serial number is JE1418-458617, if that helps identify what regen type? Any help is greatly appreciated. I couldn’t locate the speed controller to see what it looks like, but I’m probably looking in the wrong place.

Thank you,
Scott

2014 Precedent I2 HF CHG made the 18 week of 2014.

It is a sepex cart and does not have an OBC. You want an Alltrax XCT speed controller and a D&D or Admiral motor along with a HD solenoid and 2 gauge cables.

Talk to ScottyB at cartsunlimited.net or Dave at revolutiongolfcars.com.

FYI, An Alltrax XCT, HD Solenoid and 2 gauge wires should net 23 mph with the stock motor.

You need to pull at least the 2 middle batteries to access the controller. Check out this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZDC00Rd23g

Thanks all. I will be in contact with them for an order. Curious how much the motor would add vs using stock motor. I was looking to get the torque and speed motor.

A stock motor is for flat land like Florida. Any hills get a higher HP motor. Maybe 7 or 8 HP. Don't be confused by peak HP.

If I was to do it all over I would go with a 500amp xct and the mot-a4. Current setup is great though! Xct40048 and admiral a2 on 27inch tires I'm getting 39mph with a boat load of torque too.

Is this the only method to determine the type of Sepex system? Curious because my cart is currently loaded in our toy hauler, so I would have to get it unloaded to work on it. When looking on revolutiongolfcars, it asks for application:
-Club Car IQ/Excel
-Club Car PD+ Regen 2

Just want to make sure I am ordering the correct items. I think I will go with the 500 amp, selenoid and cables for now. Based on what I've read, it seems like I could change out the motor if I still want more... Thoughts?

I just put a Plum Quick bandit and a 200 amp solenoid on a stock 2014 precedent with 2 ga cables and on flat ground it does 30 MPH. Only variable is that it has a code 4 installed as well.
