Default 36 resistors to controller / pot box

I think i asked this before but being new i must have put it in the wrong place , i can't find it. Anyway, i have a 02 CC w/ resistor coils and V glide. I want to replace the resistors and V Glide w/ a PB-6 and Controller. For now i would like to keep it at 36 volts. I have a 0-5K 700 amp logisystems controller ( only 35.00 difference to step up from 450 amp) and potbox. Later i hope to add 2 batteries and go to 48. I need help with wiring of the solenoid, pot box and controller. i have diagrams of 36 volt w/ resisters but am still confused to all the connections. I have the pot box mounted but at full throttle it does not come back to the micro switch, and mounting in the other direction it doesn't rotate all the way. Can any one direct me to , or have any pictures or drawings.

Hello. Logisystem makes a good product but they do not offer a 36-48v controller so I assume you are Stuck in 36v with that controller.
I have not been able to get enough action oout of the stock throttle rod to satisfy the throw needed on the PB-6. I always ended up making a little dude to multiply the action. This pic has a spring but later I went with a rod .SOmeone else recently went with an extension at the peddle, under the floor......hope this helps.

Thanks for the pic... I will try that.. Actually the label on the controller says 36 - 48 volt, 0 - 5K. I have been talking to robby at PQ who gave me advive on what needed to be replaced, but am searching for info or drawings as to the wiring of the PB, controller, and solenoid. I have drawings for the controller except fot wir's of the PB micro switch. It has 3 connectors tab on it.

I stand corrected......
The three PB-6 connections are
1.Common
2.Normally open
3.Normally closed
They are marked C NO NC
you will use the C and NC for the micro switch to power up the controller
I had to remove the micro to read these but I think you can do it with a simple voltmeter test......
If your drawings are from Logisystem they suck. Can you post what you have here?

Not much on the controller directions ... only connection for motor to A2 to Lert f/R post that rotates. Which wires go to the 3 pins on the PB-6 and where do they go from there?
