Default Pasture find DS expected problems?

I lucked upon an old 36v(1981+) DS for $250. It's missing the serial number under the glove box so nailing down the year has been difficult. After replacing some burnt switch wires and one battery, I'll replace the other 5 when I know it will run good, I found a bad solenoid and micro switch on the f-n-r selector. After replacing these what should I focus on next. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Power supply. And not sure how good the batteries are but you need ~50volts and at least 48+ for proper testing.

Put it in Fwd and see what you get. Trace backwards for any signal you are missing.

Actually it’s a 36v cart I believe. So you need about 38v.

The batt's are 2014, but the were sitting for a few years according to the guy I bought it from. I'm getting 37.5 volts. The solenoid is bad so it has power all the time so I have to disconnect the power when not test driving or doing diagnostics. This also makes me need to charge the batteries individually with my normal charger, I haven't tried the original club car charger yet. New solenoid should be in by Friday. What is the Club Car Ds member thing you two are both in? Thanks for the input btw.

Does your cart have the 5 solenoids in a row?
