2007 Precedent charger not working

I have a 2007 club car precedent with the 4 -12 volt batteries, my Powerdrive 2 charger will not come on , cart has all new batteries installed. What can be the problem?

All new batteries.. Check and make sure the red wire from the charge plug is connected to main positive battery post.

Check fuse on grey wire...continuity check from charger receptacle to neg and pos terminals...sounds like OBC possibly

Does the relay close inside the charger...need battery pack voltage to close it...check for voltage on the 2 small spade terminals on relay
