Lil help with on board charger please
I am working on a 97 ds 48 volt with a 36 volt motor and rear end the charger quit and when the cart was bought it had a "homemade" plug in. Something like a 220 plug for your house want to go with the onboard 650 w summit 2 anything I will need to do to make this work or if I should get a different charger any input is greatly appreciated
Thanks have a good day Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk |

Re: Lil help with on board charger please
I think you are referring to a 220v Dryer plug. It does fit the old "crowfoot" plug used in all 36v Club Cars.
This plug is available on most chargers. As for Summit it's not the cheapest charger but it is a good one made by Lester. |

Re: Lil help with on board charger please
Here are some "smart" chargers that scottyb sells at Carts Unliimited. http://www.cartsunlimited.net/chargers-36-48v.html Take a look at them as the DPI's are one of the best on the market.

Re: Lil help with on board charger please
If you're doing an on-board charger the summit 2 is probably the best. It will be the smallest profile, which makes it easier to fit into the cart.
