Default 2004 precedent regen stopped

Hello all
First time poster. I think I read the appropriate stickys before posting but still need a lot of help.
My 2004 CC Precedent S/N -PQ0434-423853
I believe it is an Regen or Sepex. It has the rocker switch and tow run switch.

I was driving down the fairway and stopped and got out hit my shot and then got back in and it would not go. I put it in tow and pulled it home.

When putting it in reverse the buzzer still works. I tried the OBC sepex reset and it did not help. I cleaned all the connections. With the Key switched on and in run and push the pedal down you hear clicking. I used a stethoscope and listened to the OBC and controller while pushing the pedal down. It actually sounded louder in the OBC but it could be heard in the controller also. Not sure if this means anything at all.
The OBC is version 2.6.
Controller is model #15105201

It charged over nite but still would not go. According to the charger the Batts are fully charged. All 4 Batts measure 13.7 on digital multimeter
Across the + pack and the - pack side it reads 53.5 on the DM.
I will post some picks here next. I have located most of the components but cannot find the MCOR.

I would really appreciate some help with solving this problem.

Thanks
Rob

The pics are showing what I identified from a drawing in the sticky section. The drawing says it was for 2004 Precedent IQ. The drawing shows an MCOR (motor controller output regulator) that I cannot locate.

Thanks again Rob

Your MCOR is located under the floor with a linkage that goes from the pedal to the Motor Controller Output Regulator (MCOR)

To test it, unplug the two pin connector from the MCOR (under the floor and connected to a linkage from the pedal) and jump out the connector with a paper clip or a small piece of wire. It will be a blue wire and green wire connector. If it runs with the jumper in place, your MCOR has failed. Get one here https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/mcors

If that isn't it, let us know and we will help you figure it out. I like to help those that took the time to research and tries to help themselves...

Try this; Work the throttle about 30-40 times from top to the floor. Sometimes they get a bad connection in the MCOR and just working it temporary clears the problem. This is with the key off and neutral. BTW if that doesn't work it doesn't r/o the MCOR it could still be bad.

Thanks for the tip Walter I tried it but didn't work.

Thank you for looking Noles.
Ok how do I get to it ? I have the Gen 1 pedal. Sorry for my ignorance but there is a plastic cover underneath the cart. Are there screws or bolts that you take loose from the bottom and then remove the plastic cover from the bottom ? Or do you access the MCOR from the top where the pedal is?

Thanks again Rob

PS congrats on the Noles win today

I am not sure of the cover you are referencing. The wiring harness should have the connector on a pigtail going to the MCOR.

You access the MCOR from the top side of the cart on a Precedent.

You'll have to pull back the rubber floor mat to get to the pedal group access panel,
(loosening the drivers side body trim screws, and pulling the mat from the dash back, folding it over to the passenger side)
Remove the access panel, (#1 should be just a plastic "push in" retainer) and then you'll see the MCOR.

I'm not a sparky guy, but IF your MCOR is bad... you may have to change out the entire Gen 1 pedal assembly and MCOR to a newer version.

Test it FIRST before even considering replacing it!

Read this https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/tech---mcor-guide to identify what Lock is referencing.
