2003 Club Car 36v solenoid works only when jumped.

You are going to have to remove one battery. IDK if a lift will help with this, but I dang sure wish I had one!

So I’m just needing to make sure it’s hooked up properly? Is there anyway to test it out if it looks to be wired correctly? Voltmeter?

Green wire that runs from solenoid to microswitch was disconnected. Connected it back and tried it on both open terminals with no luck.

Is that switch clicking? Usually if it clicks the switch is good. Do you have 2 or 3 tabs on it?

When testing make sure you have the key on, in gear with the rear wheels OFF the ground.

Also, while you are in there, does anything look burnt, melted? Contacts look good and wiper going all the way up and down?

It has 3 tabs two in the side and one on bottom. It does click and arm moves all the way. Nothing seems to be burnt. Would a mission fuse from on top the Charging port be the cause?

Yes it certainly could. Make sure its either present or bypassed.

Which tabs are you using? Look at the diagram closely.
