Default Routine service for a newbie

Hi. I'm new to Golf Carts, bought a late model Precedent which will get used mostly for around neighborhood and golf. I did a search here, but only under gas models did I find a sticky for routine service and how to perform them.

I have the manual, know what to look for such as grease fittings, but NEVER did work such as brake changes or higher mechanically inclind needs. So, my first basic question is:

Manual says to use Lithium grease to lub rear wheels, not grease. This means no grease fitting. I know not to grease the brake pads (duh!), put where am I suppose to apply it? Couldn't find YouTube link either.

Any other links for a newbie, or posting some helpful stickies would be of great help.

Really nothing much there to spray lithium on except the studs and brake cable hardware.

Keep the tires properly inflated, aligned, and change your rear end lube if it has not been done. Check the water in the batteries weekly (between 1/4" - 1/2" above the plates) until you get use to their usage, and wash them off with baking soda and water monthly to bi-monthly to prevent corrosion.

Just not a lot of PM'ing on electric carts as compared to gas models....

Totally relate. We bought our 2006 Electric Precedent new and I still think of it as brand new since it looks the part. It doesn't get that many miles. We have replaced three sets of batteries and I recently had to replace the MCOR2. That fixed the not going issue. As far as routine PM I found only two (?zerck) grease fittings near front suspension and wonder if there are any more?. I just rotated tires and changed the transaxle fluid (separate post) Of course I try to check battery fluid levels. Does anyone know of any other routine maintenance I should be doing? Am new to this forum.
