No the spindles are right. When I say toe in, I was just saying the direction I turn the tires for my problem.

So it is both left and right?

Can you post some photos of what you have? If the front wheels turn 90* (to the inside) something is installed wrong or maybe the wrong kit I would think.

the frame will not let tire turn 90° maybe 45°

He has the steering wheel out of center. He needs to unhook the steering link and center the wheel, about 1 1/2 turns each way. then adjust the link to fit without moving the wheel.

I don't see how this would cause the problem in both directions.
