| ![]() I have a 1995 CC DS V glide cart that will not run. It has a new recon 1204 speed controller, and the motor was pullled and rebuilt by a pro. The solenoid(new) clicks and passes current through to the controller with key on, f/r engaged and accelerator depressed. But nothing. Just a click. I have printed the wiring diagram and cannot find anything mis wired.( I should mention that I got this cart not running from a person that gave up on it.). I took it to a local cart shop that diagnosed a bad controller. I installed the recon controller. In looking at the schematic, I am suspecting the controller may not be getting an input from the v glide. I would like someone to explain the v glide to me so I will know what to look for. Thank you |

| ![]() The 95 36v cart had a 2 blade crowfoot charge receptacle & a V-glide. The 95 48v cart had a round receptacle and a 0-5k potentiometer. Which cart do you have? |
