Check all your battery connections and cable orientation and no batteries are backwards.

Re: 06 club car solenoid clicks but cart doesn’t move
I have verified the battery connection. All are correct and there is 48vdc at the solenoid.

If not, you need to use the pack and probe them individually (Red probe to Blue wire and Black probe to Pack Neg - then Black probe to Blue/White wire and Red probe to Pack Pos) to help you determine if you have lost a Positive or Negative permissive(s). (This has to be done with the cart jacked up, key On, and Fwd/Rev switch selected to one direction and then Go Pedal depressed) If yes, do you hear the solenoid click? If no, the field coil has failed and the solenoid needs to be replaced. Let us know what you have so far.... |

There is 48vdc on the 2 small terminals of the solenoid (with the key on, rocker switch in F and the go pedal pressed. The solenoid does click.

Re: 06 club car solenoid clicks but cart doesn’t move
Probing between the 2 large posts you should have 1-1.5 volts showing without pressing the pedal. When you set up as tested and press the Go Pedal, you should hear the solenoid click and and at that time the reading should go to 0 volts. Please verify.

Re: 06 club car solenoid clicks but cart doesn’t move
Ok, so the solenoid is working and voltage is now proven to be passing through it, so with key switch On, Run/Tow switch in the Run position, Fwd/Rev rocker switch in the Fwd position (and also have the back jacked up off the ground). Get your DVM and place the black (–) probe at the motor A2 (white wire) and connect the red (+) probe at the motor A1 (green wire) and slowly depress the Go Pedal. When the MCOR closes (clicks), the voltage reading should increase from ~5vdc gradually going up to to approximately ~45-48vdc (could be higher based on pack) with the accelerator pedal fully pressed.

Re: 06 club car solenoid clicks but cart doesn’t move
Oh boy, we are drilling down. Now test the MCOR signal like this (so we can make sure it is telling the controller to do something): Run/Tow switch in Run; place the black (–) probe on packs main Negative post and the red (+) probe on the yellow wire at the 3-pin connector near the MCOR (or yellow wire at the harness if easier). The reading should be approximately ~0.32vdc to .5vdc with the pedal up. Slowly press the Go Pedal and the readings should increase until it reaches ~4.65vdc to 5vdc when the pedal is fully pressed.
