Just finished 48 volt conversion on 1998 ds with 600 amp all trax when engaging forward or reverse solenoid clicks but cart doesn’t move after clicking throttle a few times it then moves any ideas?

Re: Ds solenoid doesn’t always go
What are the blink codes on the Controller when you turn the key on?
And then get a DVM out and test the Large Posts of the solenoid. Should be 1 to 1.5 volts across them and then 0 when it clicks (or pack voltage if reading between each post and the pack after the click - No difference between them.) Be sure to have the cart jacked up when testing. If you have the differential present, then the bridge is sticking inside the solenoid and it may need to be replaced if it will not free up.... |
