The run/tow switch. Make sure it's in run. Otherwise start digging.

Thanks I did that. But that's the exact symptom as if that switch is in the tow position. I've been digging. I've checked a lot of fuses. I just feel it's something simple. I don't get it it worked fine when I parked. Everything was just upgraded a year-and-a-half ago. All new.

Check the wire harness where it comes up from under the floor for mice/teeth marks?

Try bypassing the run tow switch. It could be stuck inside. First flip it back and forth 10-20 times.

There is a fuse at the end of the pink wire after the Run/Tow switch. Check it. If good, probe the pink wire after the switch and then the Blue wire before the switch. If still no power, follow the Blue wire back to the sonic weld and there will be a Red wire there that comes from the Battery side large post of the solenoid. Probe it and down to the solenoid. Somewhere in there should be your problem..... Your key switch is fed from this same source....

Define "Upgraded"....

Which controller is on this cart? Are you still using an On-Board computer for charging?

Having an Alltrax is a good thing. Can you see if you have a green status light on the controller when you turn the key on? This would indicate that the controller is powered up. If you're not getting the controller to power up, try bypassing the On-Board computer by un-plugging the 6-pin connector from it and jumping the white wire to the blue wire on the car-side of the connector. This will eliminate the OBC from the circuit. If the OBC is keeping the controller from powering up, it'll power up with the jumper wire in place. If you still don't have any controller power let us know. We'll proceed to some more testing.
