Testing throttle output
Is there a way to test the percentage of throttle output, or do you need to take it to a dealership?

Re: Testing throttle output
If you wan to see the throttle percentage that the controller is showing you need a scanner, which only a dealer will have.
Search for "MCOR testing" to get instructions for testing the resistance and voltage at the MCOR connectors. |

(If no voltage coming out, there is another wire coming in of the three (3) there (may be white w/black stripe) that you need to probe and see if you get 5vdc.) |

Re: Testing throttle output
Thanks!!!
The small shop here also stated I could measure the current at the motor at WOT on a level roar. 47 volts or higher would prove thing were optimal? Does that make sense? |

Re: Testing throttle output
They are referring to measuring at the Armature, but there is more to it then they stated and more importantly that is "after" the controller and then based on incorrect readings you would assume it was an MCOR problem when in reality it was a Controller problem or vice versa.
