Your MCOR is bad. Call David here https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/mcors and order one. He is a Site Sponsor here and has OEM Club Car parts for the best prices and the service to get you anything else.

It's critical on your 2009 to look at what you've got on your cart before ordering. 2009 was an experimental year where they used a TPS instead of an MCOR. If you've got a TPS we need to take a little different approach.

If your vehicle serial number prefix is PQ, you'll need an AM293001 MCOR4 conversion kit. You'll need to cut off the TPS connector from your wire harness and connect the two MCOR harnesses to your original wire harness. All wire colors will match except for one. The two odds will go together.

If your vehicle serial number prefix is PH, you'll need an AM293001 MCOR4 conversion kit AND a TPS to MCOR adapter, part number 103682701.

If your vehicle has already been updated to an MCOR4 all you'll need is a new MCOR4.

Here's some reading for you that should help clear things up...

Good. You still need to make sure your cart doesn't have a TPS on it though. It's a huge safety issue if it does.
