Default 08 club car motor braking

Motor break initianating when letting of of pedal. If not when I let of pedal then when applying the break. I have had issues with corroded wires at the controller, maybe someone can lead me to the wire? All help appreciated.

It is suppose to when you let off the throttle. That is your "Regen" brake and operates when you are off the throttle so you do not need to use your brakes as much.

With a stock controller there is not much you can do without a Curtis programmer, but if/when you replace it, controllers like Alltrax will allow you custom tunability right from your laptop PC.

Breaking <--- Broken, damaged, etc.
Braking <--- Slowing down

Which one are you asking about?

Braking, slowing down, almost an immediate stop. And then the buzzer sounds. Never used to brake, just used to coast and use brakes to stop.
