Default 48v club car charging problems

i just got a used 48 v club car it is a 2002 or 2003.
when i 1st pluged my charger in it was working fine by clicking on then the needle would go up to 25 and then it would settle at about 15 and then it would charge and go to 0.

yesterday i went to charge it and i plugged the charger in and it clicked on but the needle never moved and did not charge at all.

i tried my charger on two other carts and it works on theirs and i tried their charger and it would click on but the needle would not move or charge the cart.

Any thoughts would be great.

Thanks,

John

^5 John Before you change your obc there are several other things you need to check. Make sure the connections inside the plug are clean, also check you battery pack voltage, last it could be a relay in the charger, to check this you need to have another charger, and try it to see if it comes on.
