Re: Trying to install battery meter
Personally, I wasn't impressed with how it worked. I bought two and they never seemed to show my pack level so I ordered this one instead

Re: Trying to install battery meter
Mine has the blue LED numbers and so far the only complaint would be, it's hard to read the numbers in full sun

Now I'm confused (nothing unusual about that) is this a 12v meter for a gas cart?

Re: Trying to install battery meter
The Seron is for an electric cart, 36v or 48v, you buy by voltage needed
The LED meter can be used on any voltage |

Re: Trying to install battery meter
Those meters pull virtually no power so they can be connected anywhere. For the first one (the three connector one) you can connect to the green wire on one side of the key switch for permanent 48V, the blue wire on the other side of the key switch for the switched connection and any negative behind the dash (usually black wires) for the neutral.
For the other meter (the two wire one) connect the positive (usually a red wire) to either side of the key switch depending on whether you want it to continuously display or only display when the key switch is on. The negative (usually black) connects to a negative as described above. |
