But how it looks wired is 24v input from positive from that middle battery and the negative going to, I assume, controller

What's throwing me off is the dash wiring looks factory. Club Car had 18-12, 24-12 and some other strange stuff for quite a while. Although it looks factory, if the reducer will handle up to 60v, why did they not use all six for 48v?

I'm afraid to tell you to hook it up 48v until more is known about this particular model because I would hate to see you blow something out when we don't know where all those wires go.

I hooked it up to 48v once and it still worked. All I did was swap his blue wire from middle battery to the main positive battery blue wire and turned the key and pulled out the light switch and they came on. Turned key off and moved wire back to where he had it
