Default Jakes Disc Brake Q

Finally going to bite the bullet and order front disc brakes but looking at the Jakes website has me confused. I think I need part 7059 but this is what it says;

"Jake's hydraulic front brake kit for non-lifted 2008.5 & Newer Club Car Precedent models. **THIS KIT ONLY FITS CARTS LIFTED WITH A JAKE'S SPINDLE LIFT THAT HAS JAKE'S NEW 2008 SPINDLE DESIGN"

My cart is NOT lifted but from the description above I can't tell for sure if this is correct.

Something has changed at Jakes. I was told when I bought my disc brakes that I could upgrade to a lift kit. They said I could special order the caliper spindle. A year later and that option is no longer available. I wanted the lift kit to straighten out my alignment so I had to remove the disc brakes.
