Default Brake light wires missing

Good morning all, I recently bought a 2013 Club Car Precedent and purchased the upgraded light kit. Everything works correctly as far as the horn, turn signals, and four way flashers. When trying to install the brake lights, I cannot locate the bullet connector under the brake pedal. There are not wires to be found. Where should one start to look in order to locate these?

Remove the T-40 bolts from both sides of the floor mat area (2 on each side). Pull off the trim panels from each side (2 "Christmas Tree" pins on each side and 3 press in medal tabs you cannot see, but pop out when gently pulled on). Pop-up the "Christmas Tree" style push pins (3 on each side) under the trim that are holding the mat to the floor. Now you can remove the rubber mat. Underneath it will be a diamond shaped panel, remove the single Christmas Tree pin and the panel will lift off. Now you should see three (3) wires laying there not connected to anything. You will use 2 of the 3 and the 3rd is a spade and will not be connected.

If you have followed Nole’s instructions and still see no wires, your light harness which should run to the front of the dash under the mat should have 3 wires branched off which head towards the brake / throttle box underneath the pedals. If you do not see these wires, check back along the light kit harness inside the battery box and see if whoever did the install failed to run them to the brake box.

And the three (3) wires are 2 bullet connectors and one (1) spade connector.
