Default 2 more question

1. My ignition on my 2012 precedent is on a toggle switch.. i presume owners before me lost the key
If i hook the wires up to the switch does it matter which wire goes where?

2. The charger for the cart kicks on and off.. is this an OBC issue

I know the charger is working when plugged in cause all the batteries bubble and carry on

2. The charger for the cart kicks on and off.. is this an OBC issue Or more so a loose connection in the pigtail or the charger. The OBC will only cycle it after the first minute to sense the charge.

See above.
