07 CC DS just stops HELP

I have a 07 Club Car DS 48V, which runs just fine for a round or two of the yard then just stops. After pushing it back to patio and allowing a few hours to go by some times it runs again for several minutes and repeats and just stops. I changed two of the battery terminal connections due to deterioration.
I got under the cart to check things out and found the MCOR cover pushing out so I ordered one and changed that and still the same problem. An help would be greatly appreciated.

Update, I do not any voltage at the two small wire connections or clicking at voltage regulator. I swap the regulator with one I had in storage and same result. Now totally dead. The regulators both test good. although the old regulator did not have a charged resistor in between the two large terminals.

Are we referring to the Main Contactor? Solenoid with the Red cable on one side and Yellow on the other??

If so, I assume the is a Sepex (IQ) cart....Fwd/Rev Rocker switch and Run/Tow switch under the seat?

Yes it is the Sepex IQ style cart.

Ok, need to see what is missing at the "solenoid" activation circuit. 2 small wires. Blue and Blue w/White stripe. (Cart jacked up, key on, rocker switch in Fwd, and pedal depressed)
At the solenoid small posts do the following:
1- Take your DVM and place the red lead on the solid blue wire and the black lead on the main pack negative. You should get 48vdc (If not, we lost the Pos Input)
2- Next, take your DVM and place the black lead on the blue/white stripe wire and the red lead on the main pack positive. You should get 48vdc (If not, we lost the Neg input)

If no Pos (+) input, check the Run/Tow switch and the Key switch. They are both needed to get 48v+ at the solenoid Blue wire. You need several other permissives for the controller to pull the Blue w/White stripe wire low.

OK so what I have is 47.5 V from Pack to all 4 of the relay post with or without the pedal pushed down. I am not sure what that means? Also now the cart will not kick the charger on. This is my family members cart, just trying to help them out

We need to make sure we are on the same page. You should be doing the test as I described above at the 2 small tabs you see in the attached pic.

Thanks for your help Nolefan4ever.
I had a friend come over today that had a scan tool. He reset all the error codes, throttle error, battery and several others, and it ran after. Come to find out the solution is bad batteries. I was looking deeper than I should have been. Lesson learned, always begin with the basic's.
I will wait to see if the good batteries fix the OBC problem with charger. If that doesn't I will change the OBC also.
