Question Shock absorbers?

How much difference does new shocks make? I have an 02 Clubcar with top speed of 23mph. I like going down the fairways full speed but my wifes boobs are bouncing so bad they knock her hat off. How long do they normally last? Sorry, no pictures yet.

I have tried to wear my wifes boobs out and I come to the conclusion that it is just not possible, they are resilient as heck.

Is the problem something like this? If so new shocks might only dampen the effects slightly allowing for her hat tilting as opposed to an actual knock off!
