OK...

So what has a DMV sticker with an FLA ID# just waiting for a tag to become an official Florida LSV?

Yep... my cart!

Just passed inspection at the DMV, got the sealed packet and waiting for my insurance company to change over my policy from Off Road to LSV On road. Then I'll be heading down to the Tax Collectors Office for that tag, hopefully today!

Thanks Doug!

I feel a whole lot better now that it's over!!! Had to redo 2 forms and wait for the inspector to do her thing, I was upstairs while she did the inspection. When she came back and said; "I'll have your paper work done in a minute," I had a sigh of relief knowing this task was finally complete!

Wow, they don't let you watch them do the inspection or even ask you any questions while they're doing it. Seems like a money generator for the state.
Do you get license plates in FL and do you have to change your insurance?

Yep, had to stay upstairs/wasn't around when they did that inspection but good news was it passed.

I am now the proud owner of a Titled 2009 ASPT Low Speed Vehicle, (will get title in 7-10 business days,) fresh FL license plate, (on the cart as we speak and FL registration in hand as well,) and yes I had to change my insurance from Off Road to On Road, (new card in the mail.)

Hey, It went from a 2006 Club Car Precedent to a 2009 ASPT Low Speed Vehicle, at least on the title anyway!

Great questions Doug... You are really on the ball!

Hmmmm...maybe I should wait to make mine a 2010! Better resale, right!

Congrats, Scuba! You didn't happen to see her doing doughnuts or wheelies in the parking lot did you?

So why did you have to redo 2 forms?

Hey, a 2010 from a 1998 is one heck of a deal!!!

Thanks on the congrats

And sorry, no wheelies or donuts by the inspector...
but she did stay at a Holiday Inn the night before and did a couple of flips when she saw how nice my cart looked!!!

Those forms, no big deal... had a couple of miss entries that needed to be redone. They'll work with you, very nice people.
