![]() I have skimmed through some pages. Is the gas carts have a maximum speed requirement?

![]() Are actual registered and titled street legal carts worth more than a cart that isn't registered or titled?

![]() They seem to be up here in my area, I'd guess $500.00 more than one not tagged maybe more. Once titled always titled.

![]() If there is a speed requirement even on a gas cart how do you make them run from Approx 12 - 15MPH to the 20 MPH without putting a tach on it or messing around with the governor or changing out the motor? The gas cart I have would be better off titled, but I don't have a bill of sale anymore or the receipts in my possession. I still have a lot left if its to be "registered" but still am thinking it would be a good way to go..
